This was apparently due to a law introduced by the Lib Dems.
The video is about leaked web censorship for the UK going on behind closed doors.
They're planning to stop you having access to certain websites, it means a policing of the internet,
your access to information, truth and your freedom of speech.
It is in contravention of the United Nations Human Rights Law.
