Are U Fed UP with CALL centres?

Are you fed up with call centres? Going round and round in circles, never getting to speak to the right person, never getting a call back, all at your cost.

What happened to the days when the customer was King, and companies served their customers not their customers serving them.

When I was a teenager, I applied for a job with British Telecom and in those days you had to pass a speech test, and your voice had to be as clear as a BELL.

Now, the people have to contend with the 'call centre' automatic regime, plus people that cannot be heard clearly due to English not being their native language. Then the corporations have the audacity to charge you for sending you a paper bill. I am all for saving the trees and the paperless office. However, there are a lot of people, especially the old and poor that do not have access to the internet and most of the very old don't have computers either.

Once again, the corporations neglect the most vulnerable of society, to meet their greed for profits to give to shareholders.

It really as got to stop, and it will, when the customers of services rise up and say NO!

C'mon charities defend the people, bring pressure to bear, bring the corporations to account.
